Once I have created my Club Jobs account, will I need to enter company information again when posting a job?

No. This information is automatically entered into the appropriate fields when posting a job.

How do I change my password or email address?

What do I do if I have forgotten my username and password and have changed my email address?

Please email us with your previous email address, street address, city, state, postal code and phone number. Once we have verified your information, we will change your account to your correct email address and send you your username and password.

What if I change my address?

Anytime you change or modify your company information in your account, it will be reflected automatically on any job you have posted.

Can I have a different address listed in my account than I do on a job posting?

Can I have more than one account using the same email address?

No. Unfortunately, only one account can be established under one email address. There are several web sites offering free email services that you may want to check out.

My employer account is asking me to indicate the format I want to receive emails. Why is this?

Because you will want to select a format that your email provider supports. If your provider does not support HTML, the text of the message may be difficult for you to read. If you are unsure, it is best to set your preference to text.

The emails I am receiving are hard to read, what should I do?

You are receiving emails from us in HTML format, which may not be supported by your email provider. Go to your Job Net account and change the format to text and you will be able to read them more easily.

Will any of my company information be shared or sold to any third party?

No. Your company information has not and never will be shared or sold to a third party.
