My Job Net Agent isn't sending me any matches.
If your agent isn't producing results, your search criteria may be too narrow. Try using more general terms or larger cities in your criteria. You may want to create more than one Job Net Agent for the same job. Experiment with different word combinations to see what works best for you. Remember, your Job Net Agent searches jobs posted in the last seven days. Your chances are renewed every time an employer posts a new job on the site.

My Job Net Agent is sending me matches that are not relevant to my job search.
If your agent is returning irrelevant results, try narrowing your search. You may want to enter one phrase instead of several. For example, if you are searching for a sales position, try using "membership sales," instead of "sales". Also, consider creating multiple agents for your job search.
