Job Search

How do I search for jobs?

Once you establish your Job Net Account with ClubJobs.net, you have two options. You can post your resume and allow prospective employers to come to you, or you can simply search by job category, location or company.

How are the words in my job search matched up to determine the search results?

The words in your search are matched with the terms used in the actual job postings.

Why do some jobs listed in my results show salary information, and other don't?

When a company posts a job on ClubJobs.net, the salary field is optional. If the company does not wish to disclose this information, you will not see it in their job posting.

I search for jobs on a daily basis, but I don't always see new jobs matched with my job search. What's wrong?

If you search the site daily and do not see a change in your search results, you may want to try the following sorting your results by date in order to have those posted in the last 24 hours appear at the top. Or, you may try expanding your search criteria.

How will I know if the jobs posted on the site are still available?

Jobs posted on ClubJobs.net will remain on the site for 60 days from the original post date. If a position is filled prior to the expiration of the 60-day period, it is up to the employer to remove the posting. As long as the posting remains on the site, one should assume that the employer is still accepting applications.

How do I apply online?

If you are logged in and have a Club Jobs account but have not posted a resume, when you click the Apply Online link, a message will appear giving you the option of creating your resume. If you are searching and have not established an account, clicking the Apply Online link will take you to the new account page.

Can I obtain more information about a job other than what is posted?

Employers are responsible for posting their own jobs and generally include the information that they wish for job seekers to view. If you are needing additional information about a specific club or vendor, you may want to try searching through the Club/Vendor Profiles as they will provide more specific information about each club or vendor.

Do I receive confirmation that the employer has received my resume?

Yes. After you have successfully submitted your resume, you will find it posted in your Job Net Account. If you wish to follow up with the employer, you may do so through use of the contact information posted.
